Endobronchial ultrasound has quickly become the standard of care in the diagnosis and staging of thoracic malignancy as well as benign diseases. Now with the introduction of robotic bronchoscopy, there has been another major advancement in the role of bronchoscopy for accessing peripheral pulmonary lesions. Optimally performing these procedures, in appropriate patients, is paramount, and requires proper training of the entire team involved.

This year, we’re adding a special session on bronchoscopic lung ablation and cryobiopsy via EBUS and robotic assisted bronchoscopy. Also, an emphasis on teamwork will be made, as well as collaboration during hands-on sessions. Who Should Attend

This course is intended for practicing Pulmonologists, Intensivists, and Thoracic Surgeons, as well as trainees, RNs, APPs, RTs, and cytotechnologists, interested in advancing their understanding of advanced bronchoscopy for diagnostics, including robotic assisted bronchoscopy, radial endobronchial ultrasound, and other navigational bronchoscopy, and cytologic specimen processing.
