Course Description

This online course highlights interventional cardiology topics and information with practical application in studying for board certification and recertification in interventional cardiology. The course covers basic aspects of interventional cardiology, including catheterization laboratory equipment, radiation physics and safety, pharmacology, and procedural planning and performance. Specific patient lesion and procedural characteristics are highlighted including a review of challenging cases.

The Interventional Cardiology Online Board Review course is delivered through an online personalized learning gateway enabling learners to take a pre-assessment to identify areas of strength and weakness, then direct their learning with personalized study recommendations that concentrate solely on areas where they need reinforcement. Course Learning Objectives

Upon the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
