At CMS DIGITAL LLC, we stand behind the quality of our educational materials. However, due to the easily replicable nature of digital products, we enforce a strict refund policy to protect our business infrastructure.

1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all sales are considered final. Once the Google Drive access link has been shared with your provided email address, the product is considered “delivered” and “downloadable.” Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including claims of “not as described” or change of mind.

2. The Checkout Agreement

By completing your purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have actively checked the mandatory agreement box, thereby fully consenting to this strict No Refund Policy. This digital agreement is logged with your IP address and timestamp, and will be submitted to financial institutions as proof of consent in the event of a dispute.

3. Access & Support Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for:

  • Link Replacement: If your initial access link is broken or you did not receive the email, contact us within 7 days. We will verify your order and issue a new link free of charge.
  • Hosting Guarantee: As stated in our Terms of Service, we guarantee the hosting of these files for at least 2 years from the date of purchase. We strongly urge you to download the materials to your personal devices for permanent offline study.

4. Exceptions

A refund will ONLY be issued in the rare event of a double-charge error caused by our payment gateway’s technical glitch. You must report this duplicate charge to our support team within 3 days of the transaction to be eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount.

5. Contact Support Before Disputing

Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our platform. If you encounter any technical issues, you must contact us first. We aim to resolve all support tickets within 24 to 48 hours.
